After the CMAS World Championships in indoor freediving 2022 in Belgrade 10-16.06.2022
I started in 4 disciplines

DNF – 128m and DYNB – 156m – didn’t go as good as I maybe could wish.

STA – 5’08 as a discipline I don’t devote my trainings to almost at all, went amazing. Also close to my current PB.

DYN – 183m , that was just a great, comfortable dive . I started to use a monofin 3 weeks before the comp 🙂 so there is a lack of technique and quite some factors I can still improve. It was perfect for what it could be.

My conclusion after the Championships is – keep calm and remember you enjoy it 🙂

Massive thanks for guiding me through past months to deanfreediver . I could only wish to have you as a coach forever!

Thank you @jokasisq for being my life and freediving partner and for keeping my motivation strong !

Thanks for sponsors of FreedivingPoland for having a chance to represent the country in Belgrade
